The NorCal Tigers put together one of their most complete performances of the season on Sunday, cruising to a 13-2 victory over the Bandits at Livermore High School behind a balanced offensive attack and dominant pitching.

NorCal wasted little time getting on the scoreboard. In the opening inning, Joe Correa lined an RBI single to give the Tigers an early 1-0 lead and set the tone for an afternoon in which the offense consistently applied pressure.

The Tigers continued to build on that momentum in the second inning. A fielder's choice brought home two runs before Chase Agregado added an RBI single, extending NorCal's advantage to 4-0. An aggressive approach at the plate and timely hitting allowed the Tigers to capitalize on nearly every scoring opportunity.

NorCal added another run in the third after a wild pitch brought a runner home, making it 5-0 before the offense erupted later in the game.

The biggest offensive moment came in the fifth inning when Eric Breazeale delivered the knockout blow. With the bases loaded, Breazeale launched a triple into the gap, clearing the bases and driving in three runs to break the game wide open. He wasn't finished, either. In the sixth inning, Breazeale came through again with a two-run single, finishing the afternoon with five RBIs and cementing his role as the offensive star of the game.

The Tigers' lineup was productive from top to bottom, finishing with 15 hits. Breazeale, Chase Agregado, Sebastian Conclara, Steve Thompson, and Gavin Sekioka each collected two hits, while Correa continued his strong offensive stretch by driving in the game's first run. Nearly every player in the lineup contributed, allowing NorCal to keep constant pressure on the Bandits' pitching staff throughout the afternoon.

The pitching staff was equally impressive. Joe Correa got the start, working three solid innings while allowing two runs and striking out four. Gavin Sekioka took over in relief and dominated, tossing three scoreless innings while allowing just one hit. The right-hander struck out seven batters without issuing a walk, shutting the door on any hopes of a Bandits comeback.

NorCal also backed up its pitching with flawless defense. The Tigers did not commit a single error, consistently making the routine plays and limiting extra opportunities. Andy Rodriguez led the defensive effort, recording a team-high 11 chances in the field as NorCal played one of its cleanest games of the season.

The Bandits received offensive contributions from several players throughout the lineup, with multiple players recording hits and driving in the team's two runs. Despite putting runners on base, they were unable to keep pace with the Tigers' explosive offense and efficient pitching performance.

With timely hitting, dominant relief pitching, and error-free defense, the Tigers put together a complete team victory from start to finish. The convincing 13-2 win provides valuable momentum as NorCal prepares for next Sunday's road matchup against the Baysox.
